We hasten to inform users of the resource that we have updated the open source software on which our resource is built. Now update 6.4.3 has been installed which concerns the security of the site

The WordPress update – version 6.4.3, which is installed on the website www.booksnt.site, is aimed at ensuring security and fixing errors.

This release includes 5 bug fixes in the system core, as well as 16 fixes for the block editor. In addition, this update fixes 2 vulnerabilities.

Due to the security nature of this update, the WordPress team strongly recommends that all site administrators update their resources immediately. It is also noted that reverse ports are available for older versions of WordPress, starting with version 4.1.

There are two ways to update WordPress to version 6.4.3. The first is to download the update from the official WordPress.org website. The second is to go to the administrative panel of your site, select the “Updates” section and click on the “Update now” button. For those who have automatic background updates set up, the update process will begin automatically.

It should also be noted that WordPress 6.4.3 is a short cycle release. The next major update, version 6.5, is scheduled for March 26, 2024. Detailed information about the changes in this release can be found in the release candidate announcement.
